Holistic Homeopathy

I believe in using all the skills available to me. Having trained extensively, it is natural for me to ask: Why have tools which are essential for the job and then not use them? Practicing integrated medicine means that I integrate and use all the skills I have to help make you well. For instance, I will treat using a selected remedy (classical) and continue with that and only use complex (remedies combined) remedies later, to complement for supporting organs of the body or the lymphatic system. I have found that this is the quickest, most effective way to get to grips with deeper, perhaps more physical problems.

Nutritional Advice

Use food as your medicine. The mind is very powerful and can lead you to imagine and think negatively. By using food meditation to quiet your mind I have had excellent results.

Try for winter blues.

I have a diploma in diet and nutrition. I also use muscle testing techniques (kinesiology) in assessing what foods are best for the individual. We look at your lifestyle and which diet best suits you, not making it a fad or difficult, but fun and simple and easy to keep up.

I am always updating my research on using valuable nutrition, which can also safely get rid of disease. Using certain safe and proven remedies to balance the body has been used by my patients with amazing results. Please ask me further or send a question.

Lifestyle Coaching

A life coach is a trained professional who aims to help and guide individuals to make, meet and exceed personal and professional goals. They support clients on a journey to rediscover their own strength and abilities: this can include excelling in the workplace, becoming happy and fulfilled at home, exploring your potential, managing health conditions such as ADHD and achieving life ambitions.

By harnessing techniques based on core psychological principles and intuition, life coaches empower clients and provide a toolkit of teachings to confidently face difficult challenges and overcome emotional barriers.

A life coach won’t tell you what to do, but what they will do is provide an objective and empowering environment, rather than instruction or indoctrination.

At the heart of it all lies the idea that clients must be given the power to help themselves.

I have always integrated lifestyle coaching into my homeopathic work. Having trained in psychotherapy and looking at all aspects, including the soul's path, I incorporate lifestyle coaching into my work as a way of building up self belief and confidence.

Spiritually Based Counselling

Spiritual counseling is a type of counseling that focuses on a person's spiritual side.

Psycho-Spiritual Counselling takes the Soul, rather than the Mind, as its starting point of balance. It has an expanded view of life, recognising that the world is a complex mystery and it takes into account belief systems, universal & personal energy systems, intuitive psychic realities, karmic interplay, subconscious and superconscious states of awareness, metaphysical experiences, spiritual theology, spiritual presence and higher-self cosmic connections.

Spiritual Counselling sees that life is innately personal and individuals want to build their own unique, flowing relationship with it, organically and without force. With the Soul being the starting point individuals come from the heart, whilst not forgetting their head, and from this heart space they care for the sacred interdependence of all life.

I have my own beliefs in a Higher Power: A loving Creator that sustains and guides us. This is especially apparent in grief and our "troubles". Knowing this Presence is there for us always, provides the assurance of Grace, that we are safe as spiritual beings and part of a loving force. This helps us to feel more at ease in our life.

Meditative Practices

Meditation can positively impact mental and physical health. Whether it’s by reducing stress, improving sleep, increasing focus, or improving relationships.

Think of meditation as exercise for the brain. Through meditation, we can build up areas of our brain and actually rewire it to enhance positive traits like focus and decision making and diminish the less positive ones like fear and stress. Most importantly, this means there is a possibility to change your brain for the better in a way that is long-lasting.

I have been practising meditation for many years. This has also helped me to erase the pain of the traumas of my life. I use and teach Raja Yoga.

Indian Head Massage from £35

Indian head massage is an ancient therapeutic treatment that has been practiced in India for thousands of years. Part of the Hindu health care practice of Ayurveda, Indian head massage focuses on your head, neck and shoulders and was originally used to improve scalp and hair condition. It is a deep massage, using a variety of pressure and techniques, including circular massage strokes on your scalp, deep tissue work on your shoulders, and stretching the neck.

This form of massage focuses on the three higher "chakras" - mind, body and spirit and as such hits your energy epicentre. It doesn't seem sufficient to say that a good Indian head massage will relax you. It's more than this. It can make you feel detached and serene, leave you sighing and wordless, but also alert and clear-headed, alleviating brain-fog and stress.

I was one of the first to learn this 13 years ago directly from Dr. Mehta, the founder. My massages are tailored to your needs involving: Neck, back, arms and face; gentle or strong, and I can offer this service by itself or in conjunction with a general consultations to get rid of headaches, neck tension and help eyesight etc. I also have been trained by an osteopath.

Thai Foot Massage from £35

Thai Foot Massage is a massage therapy that can be used on legs, calves, feet and hands. This should not be confused with reflexology. Thai Foot Massage is great for tired feet, improving circulation and lymph movement in the feet and lower legs, and improving flexibility. If you have tried reflexology, you will also enjoy this fabulous treatment, but will be surprised at how different the techniques feel! Certainly, like reflexology, you will leave the session feeling relaxed, yet energized and invigorated! Thai foot massage is both invigorating and deeply relaxing and involves hands on massage, stretching and acupressure to stimulate reflex points. It has elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Chinese massage, incorporated into the treatment.

Thai Foot Massage is suitable for men, women and children of all ages. It may be suitable for pregnant women who are past the first trimester, and without medical complications. There are some medical conditions where it may not be possible to carry out treatment, which is why a full consultation is carried out before commencing. This also allows the treatment to be tailored to your own needs. If you have any serious medical conditions or take medication, it is advisable to check with your doctor before making an appointment.

I can use this massage therapy on legs, calves, feet and hands. Not the same as reflexology. It can be applied strongly or gently as in a massage for the elderly. It is very relaxing and comforting.
